Watercolor- Unknown Subject

This could either be an abstraction, or a representation of an object from nature I can't recognize. Zooming in on an object until it becomes hard to recognize can create an image that looks like pure abstraction even if it is a realistic interpretation.

This particular painting touched a cord with me as I browsed through Marxhausnen's oils. The green seed shape is a distinct center of interest. Marxhausen illustrated the Parable of the Sower in other works and the same parable may have inspired this painting.
